Kaylee is three months old today! She has seen and done a lot in three short months, which has made the time go quickly. Kaylee's sweet eyes are getting more and more blue, her hair is growing (especially one random thick/dark patch on the side:) ), she is playing more with her rattle/other toys, and is watching and listening intently to her surroundings. Her new favorites are babbling on and on about who knows what (so sweet), sucking on her hand very successfully, and lifting up her shirt to flash whoever is present. She giggled for the first time this week too :). (Not a common occurrence yet, though... I guess Mom and Dad will have to learn some more jokes). We still enjoy her sweet smiles and she continues to seem to feel well, which is great.
Here's the smiley little girl at 13 weeks with Big Blue.
Talkin'
Not really playing with the rattle in this video; just holding on to it in case she gets bored. (more focused on lifting her shirt up :)). The other day, Brandon was watching her, and she had her rattle. He said that she kept hitting herself in the head with it as she was shaking it up and down. Upon hitting her head, he said she would frown and act upset, and just stare at the rattle, like "What was that for?!" Pretty soon, though, she started being really deliberate with her shake and focused to stop her hand right before it hit her. :)
Gotta go... major blow out all over mom's pants (didn't even notice it happen while I was typing away).
